After all, it has Carl Weathers. I mean, come on, how much more American can you get right? But I thought I'd give it a chance anyways. And you know what? It was actually pretty good. Now I'm not saying it's Oscar material or anything like that, but it does have a decent story and some good acting (except for one extra early on in the movie). The story is about an alien race which "forces" the different countries of the world to volunteer humans as medicine to help the aliens cure themselves. Of course all of this complete horse crap and so, in turn, is this film. I think just reading some of these points above you can get some of the best scenes in the film and see what a complete pile of junk this film is. The funny thing is that it has some decent actors but they are wasted in this picture show. mammoth.jpg Sadly the cgi is so poor that it made me laugh every time and was not scary at all. Is there something below a Sci-Fi B movie? Sure this picture show had it moments, but you could never tell if they were being self-referential or not....sigh....In the end this was, as my Canadian friends says, a six beer movie. Meaning I was not glued to my TV at all and I needed six beer How can the same people who brought us "What ever happened to the Electric Car?" bring us this????
