Amazing Dark Art

Lipstick Teeth is a projection of ideas, concepts and emotions produced by artist Brian S. Allen. The dreamscapes smeared across each canvas seem to hold the twisted child like wonder saturated in dark overtones. The pieces seem to leave viewers in a trance of confusion, sadness, bliss or hatred but regardless of the summoned emotion, it is emotion none the less.

Growing up in Kansas City Brian S. Allen spent most of his childhood attending local galleries and and spending time watching several dark classics by the greats (David Lynch, Roman Polanski, Stanley Kubrick). These beautiful nightmares imprinted themselves upon him and soon became the twisted evolution of work presented today. Working now as a freelance artist for several businesses, bands, and websites, he intends on slowly getting the over due exposure deserved by his public (local and international).

Due to the content and subject matter of Allen's work he has cultivated a following of very interesting people and an extremely faithful fan base. This is a project dedicated to the strange and obscure visions of surreal reality, and as his collection grows nothing is more apparent. Really cool stuff. Check it out here.
