Juno lives in a Haunted House
You may have seen this already, but it's interesting none-the-less. And in light of the Oscars coming up this weekend we thought we'd re-introduce you to it.
Apparently Juno star Ellen Page lives in a haunted whorehouse in Halifax, Nova Scotia Canada. She reports that things have gone missing and more. She recently talked about it on Late Night with David Letterman. Check it out:

I saw the Ellen Page interview on Letterman recently (Dec. 08) and immediately thought, 'Hollis Street'.
Back in the early '80's my older sister and a friend, rented a flat in an ancient, stone building, down on Hollis Street, that used to be a whorehouse. My sister and her friend didn't rent the flat for long, though. They left due to the fact that the place was haunted.
Last week, while speaking with my Mom, I asked her what types of things had happened to my sister and my Mom said that, among other things, 'shiny objects had a tendency to disappear'.
I visited my sister only once, while she lived there and the only memory that I have of the place is of very thick wooden beams and that the ceilings were low. Odd memory..I know.
