If you haven't noticed in our re-design we tried to make our Flickr Photo Pool a little more prominent. What the hell is a Flickr Photo Pool. Well if you don't know Flickr is the best photo sharing application on the Web. And plenty of people have started to use it to post their Haunted Attraction Photos. So we thought let's organize all this.....and we did and the Flickr Photo Pool was born. You can sign up for an account here. And you can join the Pool and contribute your photos here! So what the hell are you waiting for?

Atom Films has been one of my favorite sites for a while. They have lots of great short films in various genres.
The Scifi/Horror section of the site has a fairly new series called torture porn. But as the name suggests it is not about porn in it's more "classical" sense.
But don't let that stop you from watching it. Torture Porn is a 5 part series that explores a producer's need/fascination/desire to create a movie along the lines of Saw & Hostel. What is interesting about this series is that you don't really get to understand it. Until the end.
This series is a little graphic so I wouldn't recommend the obvious people watch it, but if this sort of movie interests you it might be worthwhile. To get you started, we've put part one up, just follow the link below:

Here's a good video from one of Austin, TX's better known haunts:
I don't know but stuff like this kinda creeps me out.We came across this page which has some really cool and creepy photos.
For example, this photo is considered to be one of the most famous ghost photos in the world. It was shot in 1936 and is called "the Brown Lady of Rynham Hall."
Photos like this one are interesting because they are hard to dispute. In the case of this photo, many many photo and film experts have looked at both the photo and negative and have never been able to dispute its authenticity.
There are other photos like this on the page (link above) such as the fourth photo down showing someone or something sitting in the back seat of a car, however when the photo was taken there was no one there.
If you are a fan of ghostly imagery, I'd suggest checking out the rest of the photos. You might be surprised. And if you are a skeptic I'd suggest checking them out as well.
Wow so let me just say this was not a horror movie this was more of a "why the hell did I just watch that movie". The acting was horrible (stars Tony Todd and Corin Nemec) and the plot (although based on a real world event) was horrendous. I am not going to go into what the movie was about or even who starred it. Let's just say that this is one of those Horror movies that tries way to hard to be scary but just ends up being a tired hack and slash where you don't give a damn about any of the characters good or bad. Did anyone notice that the scars on Corin Nemec's face were in different places the entire movie? Did he have to do his own make-up or something?

Seriously all the cops in this could of been hit by cars and I wouldn't of given a damn. The only thing good about this one was it really did have some nice cinematography in it. The bonus features on the DVD were laughable and next to nil. All in all not one of Lionsgate's better releases.

This looks like a cool movie. Best of all it stars one of the best looking women in Hollywood. If you like Jessica Alba then you are going to want to see this movie.
Even if you hate her, you'll still want to see this movie, especially if you like creepy movies.
What to know how I know this? Simple, click the link below to see the trailer.
This movie comes out in February of this year. I can't wait!

Direct News has a great article on what it considers the "7 Creepiest Places" in the world, such as the Catacombs in Paris, France:
There are others as well, such as the Manchac Swamp, Louisiana, and the abandoned town of Pripyat in the Ukraine.

As you can see we've made some changes. While the home page changes may look impressive (or overwhelming depending on your take on things) it is the backend improvements you CAN'T see which are the most impressive.
We have better comment filtering, so we don't have to wade through so much spam. And we've got better commenting in general. Now if you have an OpenID (for example) you can comment easier.
Over time you will also see new changes as we add exciting new features. So be sure to check back often!

We just got this dvd over the weekend and at first glance we thought "this is going to be bad."
But you know what? It wasn't that bad. In fact it was pretty good.
The story is based in the Old West, where an innocent cowboy, Luke (Saturday Night Live's Chris Kattan) and his reluctant new partner, Elmer (James Denton, TV's Desperate Housewives) get into trouble with the law.
Unbeknownst to them, an indian curse has been unleashed on white men which turns them into zombies.
