Haunted Attraction Reviews - Slaughter Circus - Austin, TX
::Editors Note: I am reviewing some really cool Haunted Attractions this year however I have worked in Haunted Attractions so it's very rare I will use the term "Scary". But if your in the
business then there are the reviews for you. If your the general public here's a hint: If I rate it
over a 6 you WILL be scared and you will SCREAM. Above a 7 means you might just pass out with fear....::
The other night I got the chance to go check out the Slaughter Circus here in Austin, TX. This
one of two Haunted Attractions brought to you by the Mansion of Terror Folks. The thing I really liked on this Haunted Attraction was the attention to detail. Even the person who takes your ticket at the front of the Haunt is in costume and in character. Also I think the level of actors that the Circus throws at you is really great. They aren't going to just yell "boo" at you as you go by, they are going to jump, climb the walls and breathe on the back of your neck. Trust me when your in this Haunted Attraction they own you and will continue to own you. All of their actors were first rate and I really had a gruesome good time. A shot out to the monkey zombie in the first part of the haunt. The only negative was I was looking for some of the characters featured on the poster and Web Site and I only ran into Vicous T. Mangle and another negative was the stalk around character was the same as last year. However I did actually let out a yelp with the girl in the chainsaw room All in all well worth you hard earned cash.

I think this one really has some kick-ass moments as an old fashioned freak show Haunted Attraction so I am going to give it a 8 out of 10. Tickets' are $12.oo. The Slaughter Circus and Freakshow are located at I-35 Exit 251 Behind Walgreens in Sky Ridge Plaza.
